An existential crisis propelled Delphine into her first yoga class in 2009. At the same time, she discovered Vipassana meditation. Initially a lifeline, this path has turned into a continually renewed inspiration to understand the meaning of her existence and how to function in this world she often finds absurd. For Delphine, yoga offers a holistic and spiritual philosophy of life. She sees it as a nebulous collection of techniques for liberation and empowerment, for waking up from a state of ignorance, to see things as they are and act in the right way.

Beyond the physical dimension, her practice has been enriched by a sincere passion for the philosophy and history of yoga, as well as for Buddhist teachings. She is particularly interested in their concrete application in favor of social justice and decolonization.

With over 1,200 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt, Delphine continues to study yoga and meditation with her teachers (link to be added to this text: https://delphinemarion.com/bio/). But that's not all... Her classes blend rather traditional influences with detours into practices that encourage the joy of exploring movement, awareness and yoga beyond mere postures. With a mix of steady breathing, attentive presence, humor and accessibility (which is very close to her heart), her classes aim to remind us that we are much more than just our bodies.

A political scientist by training, Delphine returned to her studies of Ayurvedic medicine in Switzerland and India, and has been practicing as a naturopath in Ayurveda since 2019.
