You do not have to sign up for your first class. No reservations or bookings are necessary and you can start at any time throughout the year.
You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga is a perfect way to loosen up and reconnect with your body.
The qualified So Ham team is committed to guide you but it is important that you start in a class designed for your level.
Please be aware that yoga is a practice that does not know and has nothing to do with the terms comparison, competition or performance. Practice with patience, perseverance and compassion towards yourself and most of all keep a good sense of humour!

TIME OF THE MONTH
Please inform discreetly the instructor before the lesson begins. Certain postures are not recommended for women during that time of the month.
Cash on the premises or postal payment for passes and class cards. Payment plan on request.
Yoga mats are available at the studio free of charge. Each student must clean their mat at the end of the class with an cleaning spray. If you attend regularly we recommend you buy a mat for your own comfort. The studio has a storage space for personal mats.
FIRST CLASS AT SO HAM
First time participants must come at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the class in order to register and have a one on one interview. Trial classes cost 20 francs.
ALREADY A PRACTITIONER
You will be very happy at So Ham. We offer classes every day as well as private practices by appointment tailored to your specific needs and level. The So Ham team is made up of competent professionals who will recommend you the best yoga practice and level for your expectations and needs.
FREQUENCY OF THE PRACTICE
If you can practice once a week kudos! Twice? Even better! There is no limitation: you can come and practice as many times as you want.

In case of an injury you must seek medical advice before coming to practice. Please inform us of any restriction before the beginning of the class or write us an e-mail if you are unsure.
So Ham strives to respond to the rhythm and needs of everyone and offers several options: à la carte for drop ins or unlimited class cards for the frequent practitioners.
The first minutes of a yoga practice are essential and the backbone of each class so please be on your mat at least 5 minutes before class. Please make sure that your cell phone is switched off.
Wear simple and comfortable clothes, for example a t-shirt with leggings and/or shorts. Bring a sweater and socks for the relaxation even if the practice is bare feet only. There is a locker room where you can change.
Future moms cannot practice at So Ham during the first trimester of a pregnancy. Starting with the fourth month of pregnancy you can attend morning classes or beginner’s classes.
