Passionate and committed by nature, Caroline embarks on her life path with determination and joy, always guided by her heart. Her yoga practice has been no exception, and when she first encountered yoga over eight years ago, it was with devotion and curiosity that she immersed herself in its various apprenticeships: physical practice, meditation but also its philosophical teachings. It's in her assiduous practice of the 8 limbs of yoga that she finds the ethical guidance that profoundly transforms her perception and relationship to the world, to others and to herself. Through her practice, she finds her physical, mental and spiritual balance.

At the crossroads of a strong desire to pass on this discipline and the sweet coincidences of life, her teacher training began in 2020 with Claire Lalande and Zeynep Celen. Eager to learn new things, she continued her training with various teachers, including Olivia Tüscher, Andrei Ram and Joan Hymen. Finding stability in movement, she teaches a creative vinyasa, which seeks to make the breath and the various asanas dance in unison. Her aim is to provide a caring, compassionate and safe space for everyone to practice as he or she is, and to cultivate inner listening! Convinced that this practice enables her to direct her actions in a just and benevolent way, she hopes, in her own small way, to be able to positively transform the world around her.

At the same time, Caroline has been working for several years as a social science researcher. This activity, which she sees as complementary to teaching yoga, provides her with many tools for understanding human behaviour and society, which she incorporates into her classes.
