CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR A GROUP LESSON IN PERSON
Any missed class will be counted. You always have the possibility to cancel your reservation via the MINDBODY application at the latest 1 hour before the start of the course. Due to a large number of last minute cancellations and in order to allow everyone to be able to practice at the studio, beyond this deadline, the course will be counted. In the event of an exceptional course cancellation on our part, anyone registered for the course concerned will be informed by email or SMS.
PARTICULARITY OF LESSON CARDS AND UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our group lesson cards and unlimited subscriptions allow access to all our group lessons (excluding workshops and speakers). The student can follow the number of lessons he/she wishes per week. Please note that : Class cards and unlimited subscriptions are NEVER refundable or exchangeable. No extension or suspension will be granted. A limited period of time is given to each lesson card and can only be extended in the event of illness or accident, on presentation of a medical certificate. Attention, we extend the validity of your card only during their period of validity. They are nominative and therefore non-transferable. Unlimited subscriptions do not give the right to extensions or suspension in the event of vacation or any absences that are not justified by a medical certificate. In case of financial difficulties, please send us a message as soon as possible! Classes are given for a minimum number of 4 participants. EXTENSION
We extend all unlimited subscriptions when we close the Studio (holidays + official holidays). ANNUAL CLOSURE & HOLIDAYS
The studio is closed for two weeks at the beginning of August, between Christmas and New Year, Easter weekend and official holidays. During school vacation periods, our schedule is reduced. Make sure your course takes place by consulting the online booking platform.

REIMBURSEMENT OF “RENTREE ZEN” CARDS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS
Unlimited subscriptions and “Rentrée Zen” lesson cards are NEVER refundable and cannot be extended, refunded or transferred.
PARTICIPATION IN WORKSHOPS AND REGISTRATION FEES
A participant can participate in a workshop after registering in advance with SoHam and paying the price. Registration can be done via the website under the events tab or by emailing info@soham.yoga. Place is guaranteed after SoHam has received full payment of the prize or deposit/registration fee.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION FOR A TRAINING
Any cancellation of participation in a scheduled training can only be canceled in writing. Cancellations can be made by emailing: info@soham.yoga. The deposit is non-refundable, except in an emergency and upon presentation of a medical certificate. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible. 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after the total receipt of the registration, the refund will be made on the full amount: More than 90 days before the beginning of the training, 70% refund, with the exception of the registration deposit. From the 61st to the 90th day before the beginning of the training, 50% refund, with the exception of the registration deposit. From 0 to 60th day before the beginning of the training, no refund will be granted. Once training has begun, fees incurred are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION OF A WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Any participation in a scheduled workshop can only be canceled in writing. Cancellations can be made by emailing: info@soham.yoga If the cancellation occurs after the total collection of the workshop, the refund will be made on the totality of the sum: More than 60 days before the beginning of the workshop, 70% refund. From the 60th day to the 31st day before the beginning of the workshop, 50% refund. From 0 to 30 days before the beginning of the service, no refund will be granted. In the event of force majeure such as a pandemic, natural disaster, etc, SoHam reserves the right to postpone, cancel or make adjustments to the workshop without further liability.
