After 15 years in management and social careers, Yves decided to leave everything and dedicate himself to Yoga. In 2012, he rediscovers yoga with Olivia and something clicks. While he was exploring Mindfulness meditation for a few weeks, he immediately realized that the Hatha Raja Yoga was his path. After a year of intensive practice, he goes on his first journey to India, and has traveled to this magical land every year since. There he met masters and practiced the four limbs of integral yoga. Yoga has helped him to find his balance.
During his travels to India, he attends two Hatha Yoga trainings, thus obtaining his RYT 500 Yoga Alliance degree. He has also stayed in ashrams, frequented other Ashtanga and Sivananda yoga schools; also meditation and Vipassana retreats, Kriya Yoga and Yoga Nidra immersions. In parallel, he is currently training in the practice of Reiki.
Since 2015, he shares his experience by regularly teaching Hatha Yoga classes. His main influence is Sivananda, notably for the structure of a lesson with pranayama sequences, sun salutations, asanas and for the emphasis on meditation and relaxation. Yves will guide you with kindness and patience in order to accompany the students on the threshold of Yoga and everyday life : physically, philosophically and spiritually.
