Randa Chehab has been a devoted Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practitioner for 17 years. She has studied primarily with Tim Miller , Nancy Gilgoff, and for the last decade under Lino Miele.
Randa has a keen eye for detail as well as understanding the need for using energy efficiently. Hands on adjustments are an important part to the teachings of Ashtanga yoga and Randa has a magical touch.
With her background in medicine and bodywork she is able to work well with injuries and biomechanics of different body types.
Randa runs and teaches at the Ashtanga School of Montana in the USA.
FRIDAY JUNE 24TH
From 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Half led primary up to Navasana, accessible to all (even new comers to Ashtanga) and a talk on how the Ashtanga Vinyassa system works, why it is taught to the individual.
SATURDAY JUNE 25TH
From 9am to 12pm
Full led primary and talk on how to work on primary series.
SUNDAY JUNE 26th
From 10am to 1pm
Mysore practice (open to all even if you can't remember you series, not for total beginners though) followed by Q&A from students to teacher.
